Shipping, Exchange and Return Policies
Lino.eco takes your order to the address you want between 3 and 7 business days, providing you with coverage in all the municipalities of Colombia. Your shipment will be completely free with purchases over 350,000 COP.
The delivery will be made at the address indicated at the time of check-out to any responsible person of legal age who is at the address at the time of delivery, for which the signature of the carrier's guide will suffice. Includes for residential units or buildings with porter service, the reception and signature of the porter.
The delivery time for Bogotá is 3 business days, for main cities it is 4 business days and for the rest of the country, we deliver your order within a period of up to 7 business days. The delivery time will begin to count from the confirmation of payment, it will be sent through a message to your email. For credit and debit card payments, our payment processor will need to approve the transaction based on data analysis, which may take up to one business day.
- If your purchase is confirmed before 3 pm from Monday to Friday, the first business day is the day you make the purchase and from that day the delivery time will start counting.
- If your purchase is confirmed after 3 pm, the delivery time will start counting from the next business day of confirmation of your purchase.
- If you make a purchase on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the delivery time will start counting from the next business day of confirmation of your purchase.
If at the time of receiving your order you notice any changes in the packaging or its condition, this must be recorded in the observations field of the transport guide.
Deliveries cannot be made at an exact time and if there is no one at the address, the carrier will make up to two additional delivery attempts. In case of not being able to make the delivery, the product will be returned to our warehouse and we will contact you to arrange a new shipment.
Exchange and Return Policies
Lino.eco has a term for returns of 10 business days from the date on which the carrier delivers your order to the address provided in the purchase. You must notify about the return before the end of 10 business days through one of our service channels:

You must bear in mind that the products in promotion or discount will be appropriate to change the product solely and exclusively due to quality defects in it, complying with the provisions of Colombian law.
Once we have your return request with the necessary data for it, we will send you a guide to your email within the next 48 hours so that you can use it and return your products at no cost. You must print the guide (it already has all the information registered, you do not need to fill in additional data) and take it with the product to any shipping point in the country.
To return the product you can use the same packaging in which we delivered your order or use a packaging of your choice, however, it is important that the packaging is appropriate according to the nature of the product so that it cannot be affected during the transportation process. The guide is only valid for the next 72 hours once you receive it in your email, so you should make sure you take the product within this time.
The product must be returned in optimal conditions. Once the product is received in our warehouse, we will verify its conditions and according to the results, a new product will be sent to you or a coupon for a new purchase will be given to you.
You can choose between the following options:
- Product change (Subject to inventory availability at the time of change). Changes can only be made for products with a value equal to or less than the original and the difference, if applicable, will be delivered in a coupon for a new purchase in the online store. In case of not having availability for the change, the value of the product(s) will be delivered in a coupon for a new purchase.
- Coupon to make a new purchase at Lino.eco (This coupon is valid for six months from the date of creation).
- Money back. (Only for requests for product quality)
These are the times for each of the options:
- The changes will be dispatched approximately in 3 business days after receiving the product in the warehouse and the same times of a regular delivery will apply.
- The coupon to make a new purchase at Lino.eco will be sent approximately 2 business days after the product is received in the warehouse.
- Money refund: Depending on the payment method you used for your purchase, the refund will be made through an electronic transfer or to your credit card. Partial refunds will be processed via electronic transfer.
Through electronic transfer, the process can take from 5 to 7 business days. The refund to your credit card can take up to 30 business days, this time is estimated and is subject to the internal process of the card-issuing bank. Lino Eco will not be responsible for deductions or withholdings of money for services that the financial entity may apply.
After receiving the product in our warehouse, we will send you a refund request form for you to fill out, once we confirm receipt of this form, the time for your refund will begin to count.
In case your product does not meet the conditions to accept the return. We will inform you with a message to your email the reason why the change and/or guarantee is not applicable and the product will be returned to the initial shipping address.
Right of Withdrawal
In the event that all the aforementioned conditions are met, Lino Eco will return to the consumer all the sums paid without proceeding to make discounts or withholdings for any reason. To learn more about your right and the obligations that arise from it to exercise it, please consult the decree at www.sic.gov.co.
The law provides that in sales made through electronic commerce mechanisms and/or online sales, and a credit card, debit card or any other means of electronic payment has been used to make the payment, the participants in the payment process must reverse the payments requested by the consumer when it is subject to:
- Corresponds to an unsolicited transaction
- You have not received the purchased product within the time stated in the delivery policy.
- The delivered product does not correspond to what was requested or is defective.
If any of the above grounds are met and to proceed with the reversal of the payment, within five (5) business days the consumer must return the product, when appropriate, and notify the issuer of the electronic payment method of the claim. used to make the purchase, which, together with the other participants in the payment process, will proceed to reverse the transaction to the buyer.
